Hadith-a-day

The Holy Prophet (saaw) said: "Do not look at the minuteness of the sin, but see Whom you have sinned against."

The Holy Prophet (saaw) said: "Man is influenced by the faith of his friends. Therefore, be careful of whom you associate with."

The holy prophet (PBUH) said:

"DO NOT LOOK AT THE MINUTENESS OF THE SIN, BUT SEE WHOM YOU HAVE SINED AGAINST"

Imam Sadiq (as) said: "He who has even a little arrogance in his heart will not be allowed to enter Heaven."

Imaam Sajjad (as) has said:

Whenever a believer withstands calamities for three days and does not complain to anyone, Allah will solve his problem

The Holy Prophet (saaw) said: "Say each of your prayers as if it were your last prayer."

Imaam Husain (as) has said:

Verily the people of truth have always had to endure difficulties. However, that is for a short period and everlasting well-being

Imam Sadiq (as) said: "Treat your ailments with charity and repel varieties of affliction by invocation."

It is narrated that the Prophet (saw) has said:

The doors of heaven to mercy will be opened in four
situations: when it rains, when a child looks kindly
at his parent's face, when the door of the Ka'bah is
opened, and when marriage (occurs)

Imam Amir-ul-Mu'mineen Ali (as) said: "Lowering one's eyes will serve well as a barrier against one's passions."

Imaam Ja’far as-Sadiq (as) has said:

People have been ordered to adopt two qualities, but they have abandoned them and they now amount to nothing: patience and the keeping of secrets

Imam Amir-ul-Mu'mineen Ali (as) said: "He who sells his next life for his present life in this world, loses both of them."

Mashallah sum really nice ones

No man is a true beliver unless he desires for his brother that which he desires for himself
Prophet Mohammed (SAWS)

Imam Baqir (a.s) has said:


Never look at yourself like you are better than others because in the eyes of Allah, they could have the highest level.

Imam Baqir (as) said: "Our traditions (Ahlul-Bayt) survive in the hearts."

Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (p):

"Speak only about what you know. Regarding what you do not know say ‘God knows best’. Verily, a person may single out any verse from the Noble Quran (and interpret it wrongly) and may fall down deeper than the distance between the Heaven and the Earth."

The Holy Prophet (saaw) said: "He who leads (others) to piety (will be rewarded the same as the doer of that good action."

Imam Jafar as-Sadiq has said:


Verily the Lord maintains a believer; no forty days pass but that He presents him either with an ailment
in his body, or with an affliction in his family and wealth, or any other affliction of the world, that He may thereby reward him for that.

Lady Fatema (as) said: "And Allah (swt) made joining and connecting with the kinship and cognation, the cause of lengthening of life."

Prophet (saw) has said:

Believers are brethren, their lives are equal to each
other and they are as one hand against their enemy.

The Prophet (saw) Said: Ali (as) is to me like Harun was to Musa.

Imam Hussain (as) said:

"Those who are reduced to tears after hearing sufferings of my family, their tears will protect them from hell and God will place them up in Paradise."

The Prophet (saw) said: I am the city of knowledge and Ali (as) is its gates.

It is narrated that Imam Ali (as) has said:

Recite the Qur'an and seek assistance from it for
surely Allah, the Most High, will not punish one who
has memorized the Qur'an (and has it within one's
heart).
