man narahatam means I'm upset but I've never heard of a word like naragham

but..

he did say before he died, that all his sinazanis , some were just said in the heat of the moment, and he regrets it.

no i already know that naraftam means havent gone but after he says man naraftam karbala..he says something like ''man nararam/naragham to karbala..'' and thats the word i dont get :S maybe hes saying naraftam but im not hearing it..?
