Specifically the best place for a Shia family ro permanently re-locate in Canada?


The answers I am looking for are something like this:


The City with the most/the best Islamic Centers/Imambargahs.


Alims. if any, resident in Canada.

Places where Quran resitation is taught to young children.

Islamic Schools, Islamic Simmer School possibilities.

Calendars of events at various Centers/Imambargahs. (If this information is available online, simply link me up.)


Your recommended particular city and why?

Toronto has around 13 Imambargahs. maybe 6 or 7 of them being Pakistani.

Aalims, the ones I remember are Maulana Muhammad Rizvi and Zaki Baqri or something like that..

In the Toronto area they have 3 madrassah's. They're all part of the same system. One in north, 1 in south and 1 in east.

SSix or seven Pakistani? Couldn't they have pooled resoitcesa and set up a bigger, better centere?

Or alternatively, could you or someone alse here name the general vicinity in which these Shia centeres are located.

We want to get a house near a center if that is possible.

It wouldn't work. Khoja communities, Indian, Pakistanis, it would not work out at all. Some are pure hard matam some want quietness.

I don't have any of the sites though..
